Private Security Training

Private Security Training

We need private security guards who will carry out their duty and authorization systematically in addition to electronic security measures for achieving full-scale security measures in projects. Therefore, as ABS, we prefer well-trained and experienced individuals who can adapt to electronic developments and are open to learning and improvement while recruiting private security guards.

Trainings categorized into three stages as Initiation, Qualification and Maintaining trainings inclusive of work health and safety integrated into each stage are delivered by our specialized staff and with our understanding of continuous training;

1.       Initiation trainings

Initiation trainings begin at the office at the recruitment stage. Special trainings and practices about projects are delivered in collaboration with the experienced staff embers in coordination with project authorities.

1.1. Utilization of Private Security Guard Equipment

            Usage of handcuffs, baton, hand detector, whistle and torch; filling books and records

1.2. Private Security Guard Instructions and Disciplinary Directive

            Communication and explanation of ABS Security Disciplinary Directive and instructions

1.3. Effective Communication and Reception Procedures

            Practical training on receiving and directing guests inclusive of suitable manners of addressing.

1.4. Project-Specific Subjects

            Communication of instructions of the project and introduction of project authorities

2.       Qualification Trainings

Qualification Trainings are delivered by holding meetings in training halls at times in accordance with shifts. Success graphs are developed through examinations prepared based on the subjects. Training evaluation surveys conducted at the end of trainings are used to identify the strengths and rooms for improvement in trainings from the perspective of staff members so as to plan improvement activities.

2.1. Authorization of Private Security Guards as per Law No. 5188

Explanation of duty and authorizations as per relevant articles of Law No. 5188 inclusive of any update.

2.2. Effective Communication Techniques

Definition of communication, explaining communication techniques and making practices specific to their duty, perception, circumstances that interrupt communication

2.3. Security Measures

Explaining physical and electronic security measures

3.       Maintaining Trainings

Maintaining Trainings are delivered by holding meetings in training halls at times in accordance with shifts. Success graphs are developed through examinations prepared based on the subjects. Training evaluation surveys conducted at the end of trainings are used to identify the strengths and rooms for improvement in trainings from the perspective of staff members so as to plan improvement activities.

3.1. Law No. 5188 and Its Implementation

Obligations and implementation of Law No. 5188, authorizations of private security guards and problems that arise in the event that authorization is exceeded, the behaviors in audits and preparation of 5188 file

3.2. Effective Communication Techniques

Applying effective communication methods on examples, problems arising from poor communication and explanation thereof

3.3. Security Measures and Protection of Place of Incident

Using electronic security measures, evidences and protection thereof, measures to be taken in the place of incident and giving full description of suspects

EMPLOYEE HEALTH AND WORK SAFETY TRAININGS

Work Health and Safety Trainings are delivered by work safety expert and workplace physician in line with the Law No. 28339 dated 30.06.2012 on WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY and REGULATION ON PRINCIPLES AND PROCEDURES OF EMPLOYEE TRAINING ON WORK HEALTH AND SAFETY No. 28648 dated 15.05.2013.

In addition to our specialized team, trainings are supported by AKUT (Search and Rescue Organization), FIRE DEPARTMENT and FIRST AID EXPERTS
